Tuition Policies

School Year Program

• Registration Fees: There is a $25 registration fee per family. The curriculum at Dance Fremont is a yearlong program, with new students accepted later in the year via rolling admission only as space is available.
• Discounts:
  • Full-year tuition is 10% off the cost of a year (one month free!) Full-year tuition may be paid up until October 1 only.
  • A 10% discount is given to second family members enrolled at Dance Fremont.
• Dance Fremont offers two ways to pay tuition: Monthly Auto-Pay or annual payment. All families, whether paying annually or monthly, must sign up for auto-pay in DanceStudioPro before they can register for classes. To arrange annual tuition payment by any payment method, or to arrange your monthly payments via a full set of post-dated checks held in the office, please contact Dance Fremont after you have signed up for auto-pay and registered for classes.
  • Monthly Auto-Pay is our default tuition payment method, which is set up when you register for classes in Dance Studio Pro. With Auto-Pay, you do not have to keep track of due dates or worry about late fees! Auto-Pay may be paid via ACH withdrawal (no extra fees) or credit card (credit card fees added.) With monthly Auto-Pay, the cost of the school year is spread evenly across 10 payments, due on the 20th of each month, August through May. Tuition paid is non-refundable; If a dancer leaves the program before the end of the school year, 30 days' written notice is required to avoid additional tuition charges, except in the case of medical or other emergency.
  • Annual Payment, which must be paid in full by Oct. 1st, 2025, offers an overall 10% discount off the monthly rate. Annual tuition must be set up manually – you can not select it in your Parent Portal. To arrange for Annual tuition, contact Dance Fremont at info@dancefremont.com. Tuition is non-refundable, except in the case of medical or other emergency.
• Cancellations & Refunds:
  • All tuition is non-refundable; however, exceptions are made with a doctor's note stating the medical reason necessary for withdrawal or if a class is canceled due to low enrollment and a substitution is not available. You must provide one month's advance notice in writing if a student plans to leave the program.
  • Tuition for missed classes is not refunded. Dancers may make up absences in other classes. See instructor for best make-up choices.

Summer Program

• Registration Fees: There is a $25 registration fee per family.
• Discounts: 10% discount for tuition paid in full by March 31st, which will be reflected in the class price at checkout.
• Cancellations & Refunds:
  • Cancellations made at least 30 calendar days prior to the start date of a class or camp will be fully refunded, minus the registration fee.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 calendar days prior to the start date of a class or camp will be 50% refunded, minus the registration fee.
  • We cannot refund any tuition 14 days prior to the camp or class or after the class or camp has begun.
  • If a medical emergency occurs during a camp that prevents the student from continuing, we ask for a physician's note and can apply the remainder of the tuition to future classes.
  • All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment. Any registrations received after maximum enrollment has been reached will be refunded; if a class is canceled for insufficient enrollment, any registrations for it will be refunded.
