Creative Dance
Ages 3-4
Creative dance stimulates children's spontaneity and self-expression. In a nurturing and playful atmosphere, children discover the joy of dance through the exploration of space, time and energy. A variety of music and props are used to enhance the learning experience.

Attire
Leotard and footless tights, or comfortable, non-distracting clothing and barefoot.
Short hair that falls into the face should be securely clipped or pinned back.
Long hair must be secured away from the face and shoulders in a ponytail or bun for Creative, Primary, and Preparatory Dance classes.
Primary Dance
Ages 5-6
Primary Dance explores introductory concepts of ballet and modern dance technique. These classes encourage creativity and coordination, allow investigation into one's carriage and alignment, and develop ease of movement.

Ages 7-8
Preparatory Dance continues to explore introductory concepts of ballet and modern dance technique, and adds greater challenge and complexity than Primary Dance. These classes encourage creativity and coordination, allow investigation into one's carriage and alignment, and develop ease of movement.

Beginning-Intermediate Ballet
(Ages 10-14 or DF levels II-III)
Summer is a great time for dancers to build their skill! This class is aimed at the beginning-intermediate student age 10-14 (Dance Fremont levels 2 and 3 - contact info@dancefremont.com if uncertain of level) By continuing regular study through the summer, dancers will make great leaps in their basic ballet vocabulary, strength, and artistry.

White shirt uniform: footless black tights or leggings with briefs, white fitted t-shirt and white ankle socks with white ballet slippers.
Long hair must be pulled back into a bun, short hair that falls into the face must be secured out of the face. For textured hair, braided or twisted styles that either do not reach to the shoulder or are in a secure bun are also appropriate.
Intermediate-Advanced Ballet
(Ages 12-18 or DF levels IV-VI)
Summer is a great time for dancers to build their skill! This class is aimed at the intermediate-advanced student age 12-18 (Dance Fremont levels 4-6 - contact info@dancefremont.com if uncertain of level) By continuing regular study through the summer, dancers will make great leaps in their ballet technique, strength, and artistry.
