Our open classes are for ages 15 to Adult, and are geared toward Intermediate to Intermediate-Advanced and Professional dancers. DF dancers under 15 years of age must have permission from the director. Open classes are held on a drop-in basis. Our instructors each bring a unique style and approach to class, offering personal feedback and thoughtful concepts in a warm, supportive atmosphere. You will dance to live piano from our talented staff pianists! Classes begin with a thorough warm-up and culminate in well-prepared, dynamic center floor work. Open classes focus on correct placement with an emphasis on style and musicality. Imagery and anatomical information help the adult student master movement mechanics.
- Please register for class in advance. See below for class rates and payment options.
- Masks are now recommended, not required. Please wear a mask if you have any symptoms of illness. Click here for details.
Visit our calendar for holiday closures and breaks.
Our studio is located at 8420 Greenwood Ave N, 2nd floor. The entrance is in the alley/parking lot between our building and Windermere. We suggest parking in the residential streets south of 85th Street, but you can pay to park in the lot after certain hours. If you're taking the bus, the 5 and 45 stop right outside!
