The Limón technique class is based on principles of weight, fall and recovery as established by Jose Limón and his mentors, Doris Humphrey and Charles Weidman. The use of breath, opposition, isolation, succession, musicality, expressive gestures and articulation of the spine help to develop dynamic and powerful dance technique.
